Not be involved in any activities that violate laws or infringe on third-party rights.
Trevor Agency Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities
   As an affiliate, you agree to:

Promote Trevor Agency Ltd’s services in a professional and ethical manner.
Ensure that all promotional materials are accurate, lawful, and comply with our branding guidelines.
Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices, including false claims and spamming.
Regularly update your content to reflect any changes to our services or policies.

4. Affiliate Links and Commissions
   Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to track conversions.
   Commissions are earned when a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase through the affiliate’s link.
   The commission rate and qualifying products or services will be outlined in the affiliate program agreement.
5. Payment Terms
   Payments will be made via Paypal
   Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Trevor Agency Ltd is not liable for payment errors due to incorrect information provided by the affiliate.
   Taxes and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the affiliate.
6. Prohibited Activities
   Affiliates must not:

Use any form of paid advertising that competes directly with Trevor Agency Ltd’s own marketing efforts.
Engage in any fraudulent activities to generate commissions, such as cookie stuffing or incentivized clicks.
Represent themselves as Trevor Agency Ltd or mislead potential customers into believing they are contacting us directly.
Use Trevor Agency Ltd’s trademark, logo, or brand name in domain names or social media handles without written permission.

7. Termination
   Trevor Agency Ltd reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

Breach of this affiliate policy.
Inactivity for a period of six months
Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined above.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Modification of Terms
   Trevor Agency Ltd reserves the right to modify this affiliate policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Trevor Agency Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program. Our total liability for any claims related to the affiliate program shall not exceed the total amount of commissions earned by the affiliate in the preceding six months.
10. Governing Law
    This affiliate policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
